§ 50-16.6. When alimony, postseparation support, counsel fees not payable
(a) Repealed by Session Laws 1995, c. 319, s. 4.
(b) Alimony, postseparation support, and counsel feesmay be barred by an express provision of a valid separation agreement or premarital agreement so long as the agreement is performed.
