Position Available: Attorney

Requirements: J.D., admitted to practice in North Carolina. Experience in divorce law or litigation preferred, but not required. Demonstrated and genuine interest in learning and practicing family law.

Duties: Managing a caseload of 15 to 20 active files. Responsibilities include: drafting and negotiation of contracts; participation in mediation, collaborative law and other forms of alternative dispute resolution; drafting of pleadings, discovery, and other associated court documents; trial practice in child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution proceedings.
