Crystal Buchaluk

Working for Rosen is sort of “in the blood” for Crystal. She’s been surrounded by the law her whole life – but in a good way! She has a family history of lawyers and political figures, including Vincent A. Sheheen (who is currently running for Governor of South Carolina), Robert Sheheen (former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives), and Austin Sheheen, Sr. (the former Mayor of Camden, SC.) She is also an NALS Certified Accredited Legal Secretary, has had paralegal training, and has work experience as a Legal Assistant.

Besides all that, Crystal is a pageant mom … who is afraid of worms. Okay, maybe you need more information about that. She loves to fish but admits a fear of worms. Meanwhile, her 9-year-old daughter is heavily involved in pageants, dance, and cheerleading, and Crystal is hands-on, helping out with all of the planning, costumes, etc.

Her daughter isn’t the only one who’s an overachiever, though. Crystal has an impressive list of accomplishments herself. She has an Associates Degree in Art from Central Piedmont Community College and will finish her B.A. in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte next year. She has a 4.0 GPA in her major and a 3.94 GPA overall, and she’s been on the Dean’s List throughout her college career.

Crystal also has an interesting multicultural background. She’s a mix of Lebanese and Ukrainian, and her daughter is half Vietnamese. She can even speak a bit of Vietnamese and hopes to eventually become fluent in the language.

Crystal is outgoing, so don’t hesitate to say hello. Most importantly, she’s a perfectionist who will go out of her way to help the firm’s clients.
