Melissa Tuttle

Melissa may be originally from New Jersey, but she’s quick to point out that she is no Snooki from the TV show, “Jersey Shore!” She may not be “a Snooki,” but Melissa isn’t boring either. She calls herself a “former all around scaredy-cat” who now seeks out adventures in order to get over her fears. She has tried zip lining, flying in a two-seater WWII era Piper Cub airplane, riding in a dinghy boat in the Virgin Islands, and Krav Maga, a martial art developed by the Israeli Army in the 1940s. Next on the list? Ballroom dancing lessons and horseback riding. She’s decided to leave the sky diving to her husband, though.

Even though there’s a little bit of the daredevil in Melissa, she’s also a very gentle soul who loves butterflies (she and her husband were married inside a butterfly conservatory) and expresses her creativity as a professional custom framer. She has framed 300-year-old pages from the Bible and a suit once worn by James Brown which was purchased from Christie’s Auction House in New York. (She even got to try on the suit’s jacket.)

As a Legal Assistant at Rosen, Melissa is very detailed – a natural skill that she has honed further in her framing work. She’s also exceptionally organized and careful in her work to make sure that everything is accurate and in its proper place.

In her free time, Melissa likes to get involved in the community. She volunteers at her local library once a week and serves as a team leader in the annual Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

How will you know Melissa when you see her? People say she looks a bit like Betty Boop, a character she loves. But don’t worry – she won’t appear in black and white. She’s always in living color.
