Cali R. Heglar, Administrative Assistant

Cali R. Heglar
Cali may be a gymnast, but it's her administrative backflips that make Rosen's staff and clients smile. You'll probably meet Cali at the front desk, where she makes clients feel welcome and takes care of their needs in preparation for meeting with the attorneys. This is the perfect place for her because she's a people person who has the ability to make friends with just about anyone.
Of course, being committed to excellence doesn't hurt either. Cali was a competitive gymnast for 11 years, which gave her self-discipline and strong values. She holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with two minors - count 'em, two! - in Business and Philosophy. So, she hardly runs away from a challenge, which is proven by the fact that she graduated magna cum laude with university honors and was on the Deans List, as well as the National Deans List.
Besides competing, Cali coached gymnastics, which gave her the ability to work well with people and encourage them to reach their goals. She further developed her diplomatic talents as the Vice President of Model United Nations while in college and received the 4th place Delegate award at the World Conference in Geneva, Switzerland. As a world traveler, she loves to observe people in other cultures and learn about their lives. Obviously, this combination of work ethic and people skills serves her well as an Administrative Assistant at Rosen. Isn't that someone you'd want to put at the front desk?
Prior to working in family law at Rosen, Cali worked for an entertainment and immigration law firm. This sometimes involved helping famous people with their passport and visa issuances, and her most exciting moment was a chat with Gavin Rossdale.
Cali loves children. In fact, she gives her neighbors some time off every month when she takes their kids to the neighborhood pool or the gym. She has even worked as a nanny.
And if all of this isn't enough, Cali can even change a flat tire and change the oil in a car. Overachiever that she is, we wouldn't be at all surprised if she someday learns how to do a backflip at the same time.
