Erin Clarey Kinney is a woman of many talents. Not only is she a fabulous lawyer, but she is a scuba diving addict, saltwater kayaker and of course, a diehard Gamecock fan. Her impressive accolades include graduating cum laude from the University of South Carolina, receiving the Book Award in Trial Advocacy and being a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She also studied for and passed the South Carolina bar while working full time!
She is warm and inviting, always willing to listen to her clients and respect those around her. Of course, when it comes time to beat her brother every year in the annual Turkey Day 5K in Charleston, SC, all bets are off and her competitive spirit comes out.
Erin is quick-witted and able to think fast on her feet. She has an answer for anything and you will undoubtedly find yourself repeating one of her witty remarks. She has an inexplicable ability to put her clients to ease. No matter what you are going through, Erin always finds a way to make you smile.
Erin has a love of animals that has been with her since childhood. She often finds herself always surrounded by them. Erin also has a deep love and respect for her friends and family, from having friends across the country who she makes time to see every year to her own nuclear family, consisting of her husband and their two cats. She’s also a godmother to Regan, born to her cousin who just happened to marry Erin’s lifelong best friend.
Erin is a great lawyer whose calming presence and genuine caring serves her well with her clients.
