For example, attorneys at Rosen Divorce receive the following paid training:
* Litigation training at the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section Advocacy Institute in Houston, TX (with accommodations at The Four Seasons Hotel).
* Family and Divorce Mediation Training
* Deposition training through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy
* Continuing Legal Education seminars through NC Bar Association
* Basic and advanced seminars in Collaborative Law
* In-house continuing legal education
* Monthly Lunch and Learn seminars
Other Staff members receive paid training in areas pertinent to their specialties, e.g., Management/Leadership Training for managers and those who aspire to management positions, Marketing and PR Training for marketing staff, Sales Workshops for attorneys interested in new business generation etc.
All employees receive at least 2 workshops per year on Customer Service, Team Work, Marketing and other topics that apply to everyone.
