Meet the Author
Misty went from practicing law in a small town in North Carolina to NC’s biggest city of Charlotte, and then all the way to New York City. Now, she’s practicing family law in Raleigh for Rosen Law Firm, where her heart truly is. She wrote Jake’s Fridays after seeing children struggle with their parents’ separation. She is also the author of Why Did You Leave Us, We Loved You So, a book about dealing with the loss of a loved one in a child’s life.
