Kim hasn’t been out of school long, but you wouldn’t know it from her resume. She has lived and worked abroad in Germany, France, and of course the United States, interned for a coalition to help students throughout the country have their basic needs met, and worked for an international logistics company as an assistant to the CEO. Now, she’s the front office manager for the Rosen Law Firm, assisting clients and being one of the first faces you’ll meet at our firm.
As expected from her professional resume, her time at Meredith College was well spent. Dual majoring in International Studies and Political Science with a Pre-Law focus, she tackled multiple projects that helped her gain extensive knowledge of the justice system. Her achievements include competing in the 2024 AMCA Moot Court competition at Georgetown University, being a member of multiple honor societies including Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Sigma Iota Rho, receiving the Sarah Lemmon Achievement award for her academic achievements and leadership across campus, and writing a 65 page thesis about retroactivity and fairness in the justice sentence when it came to juvenile sentencing. Unsurprisingly, that’s just a handful of her accomplishments.
While her passion for the US justice system and seeing it reformed is clear, she also has had an impact around the globe. Originally from Hamburg, she previously worked in event planning and management in Germany for NEXUS Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH prior to developing her interest in law and policy, helping hone her skills in logistics and attention to detail. She even lead an international project to raise awareness and access to education for those struggling in Cambodia, strengthening her desire for international justice and to provide resources to those in need. All of this has made her an ideal employee to work in our firm, helping clients through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Kim makes sure to have some time for herself as well. When she isn’t out advocating for justice reform, you can find her in the water, from surfing to sailing to diving. Her love for international travel is also clear, and she loves learning about different cultures, sampling different cuisines, and learning about the histories of different places.
In everything she does, Kim brings to the table her strong organizational skills, cross-cultural understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping people through complex situations. You can count on her to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and give my best effort to support both your case and our team as a whole. We know you’ll feel as safe in her hands as we do having her here.
