§ 15C-13. Additional time for action.
Whenever the laws of this State provide a program participant a legal right to act within a prescribed period of 10 days or less after the service of anotice or other paper upon the program participant, and the notice or paper is served upon the program participant by mail pursuant to this Chapter, five days shall be added to the prescribed period.
