Lindsay Willis Website

Lindsay Willis is a family law attorney at Rosen Law Firm with more than 10 years of experience helping clients in Raleigh, Wake County, Durham, and the greater Triangle area navigate divorce, child custody, property division, and spousal support. A consistently recognized name in North Carolina family law, Lindsay has been named to Business NC magazine’s Legal Elite list — a peer-voted distinction honoring the state’s top-performing attorneys — and has been called on by WRAL News as a trusted expert source on complex North Carolina family law matters. She is also the author of When Court Calls: Professionals and Subpoenas, bringing the same practical, plain-language approach to her clients that defines her writing.

Before becoming an attorney, Lindsay worked in banking — an experience that sharpened both her financial acuity and her belief that the best professional relationships are built on trust and genuine connection. Those instincts translate directly into her family law practice. Whether she’s helping a client navigate a high-asset divorce or a contested custody dispute in Wake County, Lindsay brings careful attention to detail and steady guidance that her clients consistently rely on.

Lindsay earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List every semester and inducted into Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and Wake Women Attorneys.

Her loyalty to UNC runs deep — her great-grandmother was among the first women to graduate from the University of North Carolina, making Lindsay’s own Carolina degree a proud family legacy. On fall Saturdays, you’ll find her cheering on the Tar Heels and introducing her three daughters to the Carolina tradition.

Outside of her legal practice, Lindsay serves on the Board of Directors of the Triangle Educational Advancement Foundation (TEAF), a North Carolina nonprofit dedicated to expanding educational opportunities across the Triangle — a cause that reflects her deep commitment to the Raleigh community she calls home.

If you’re facing a divorce or family law matter in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, or Chapel Hill, Lindsay is ready to help. Contact Rosen Law Firm to schedule your consultation.
